- Competitive Pay Based On Experience. Starting pay of $17-$22 per hour / based on experience.
- Bonus of $5,000 after one year of employment.
- Flexible hours and ability to work anywhere there is cell and internet coverage.

- Prefer someone in Sedona, Prescott, Verde Valley, or Flagstaff. Must be in Arizona.

- Proficient with various types of software and ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently.
- Be able to multi-task and delegate and prioritize assignments.
- Knowledge of Sedona.
- Knowledge of local wine industry.
- Ability to attend in person weekly meetings.

- Answer business phone line as needed.
- Answer emails as they come in.
- Answer questions and book tours.
- Perform various tasks as assigned. Be efficient multi-tasker.
- Make daily posts on social media accounts: Instagram,
- Facebook, TikTok, YouTube.
- Prepare monthly marketing emails.
- Foster and maintain relationships with local hotels and vacation rentals.
- Ensure that systematic workflows are operating properly and efficiently.
- Work with customer database, Infusionsoft/Keap.
- Be liaison to web developer to ensure website is always fresh and updated.
- Track sales performance and web placement and alert management if goals aren’t being met.
- Develop new sales and marketing strategies.

- Bonus of $5,000 after 12 months of guiding.
- Paid training, conditional of 6 months of employment.
- Flexible hours.
- Bonuses based on number of 5-star reviews received monthly. Receive $20 for every 5-Star Review.
